  • How do I place an order?

    Please select any required options on the product page and add the item to your cart.

    Then enter your shipping and payment information to complete your purchase.

    Once payment is confirmed, we will begin preparing your shipment.

  • Can I pay in installments?

  • When will my order be shipped?

    Orders are usually shipped within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.

    For international shipments, delivery may take from 2 days up to 1 month, as we conduct authentication procedures, final inspections, and export preparations before dispatch.

    However, we always strive to ship as quickly as possible.

    A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.

  • How much is the shipping fee?

    We offer free worldwide shipping.

    Domestic shipments are handled by Sagawa Express, while international shipments will be made via FedEx or EMS.

    Please note that customers cannot choose the shipping carrier.

    For international shipments, import duties and taxes may apply. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Can I change the shipping address after placing an order?

  • Do you provide an authentication certificate?

    For bags, we provide a complimentary authentication certificate issued by a third-party authentication service.

    At this time, certificates are not available for items other than bags.

  • How can I request an authentication certificate?

    For bags, we can provide a complimentary authentication certificate issued by a third-party authentication service.

    Please tick the option requesting the certificate on the product page before adding the item to your cart, then proceed to checkout.

    Please note that we cannot add the certificate after the order has been placed.

    At this time, certificates are not available for items other than bags.

  • Can I choose the authentication provider for the certificate?

    We are sorry, but customers cannot choose the authentication provider.

    Authentication will be arranged through an appropriate third-party service based on our internal standards.

  • What name will appear as the authenticator on the certificate?

    The name listed as the authenticator on the certificate will be 3flower luxury.

    Please note that the name cannot be changed to one specified by the customer.

  • How will I receive the authentication certificate I requested?

    In most cases, the authentication certificate will be included in the package with your order.

    However, if the certificate is issued in a digital PDF format, it will not be enclosed with the item and will instead be sent to you via email or similar communication.

    Please note that the delivery method varies depending on the authentication provider.

  • Can I get more details about the item’s condition?

    Since our items are pre-owned, signs of use may be present. We describe the condition as accurately as possible and show noticeable damage in the photos. Feel free to contact us if you need more details or additional pictures.
